ChargerVision Troubleshooting Tips
What are you trying to watch?
In 2020, Heritage Hall joined the
NFHS Network and ChargerVision began live streaming there. Any pre-2020 content still resides in our archives on our
Official Athletics Website, fueled by SIDEARM Sports; there you will also find our Lower School Charger Shine assemblies and some Master Class and distance learning videos from the Spring 2020 semester. We also manage a
YouTube channel (please like and subscribe!), where our crew posts practice reports, hype and highlight videos, video podcasts, and more. Still can't find what you're looking for? Email chargervision@heritagehall.com.
Page not loading at all? Make sure you disable any ad-blockers or pop-up blockers when using our web sites or whitelist the entire hhchargers.com and/or nfhsnetwork.com domain. If the page doesn't automatically reload, refresh from your browser toolbar. This usually fixes the problem. You might also want to
try clearing your browser cache.
Stream choppy? First, please check on your end to ensure that
you have a quality connection to the Internet.
Run a speed test. If your results are less than 5 Mbps download, your network may be causing the issue. Cellular and data connections are more prone to ups and downs, and are generally slower than home Wi-Fi or wired networks. If your speed test is good, please contact us as the issue could be on our end. Note that when we broadcast in rural areas for away games, we don't always have a strong connection ourselves and may not be able to fix the issue.
Still having issues? Please let us know so we can determine whether the issue is on our end and if it is fixable. Please be patient with us – we try to run an ESPN-quality live broadcast, but we are doing so on a budget and with student workers. The best way to reach us during a live broadcast is by texting one of our facilitators – Luke Steelman '93, Price Brown '14, or Steven Gillmore – if you have our unpublicized numbers. Facilitators try to check email from our phones and our crew tries to monitor our @hhchargerstv social media feed and DMs. We welcome your feedback and will do our best to solve any problems we can.
