Charger athletics plays an integral part in the Heritage Hall experience by providing continuous learning opportunities outside of the classroom. Through encouraged participation, we strive to teach the importance of commitment, the value of competition, and the power of knowledge – all while our student athletes enjoy the rewarding experience of belonging to a team.

We see our athletes as students first, but recognize some of life's greatest lessons can be learned on the field of play. We focus on leveraging these teachable moments to foster the enduring character traits not only needed to excel in competition, but life.

In the end, "Building Champions" does not equate to winning titles or accolades. Champions are those who challenge themselves to strive for excellence, face and overcome adversity, and play for the teammate next to them.

How big is the scoreboard?
The two indoor scoreboards in the Boghetich Gym at the McClendon Athletic Center are a generous 16' by 9' and our outdoor scoreboard that anchors Pop Murray Memorial Field at Charger Stadium is a whopping 38' by 26' – so your brand is sure to make a HUGE impact on our fans! 

How do the scoreboard ads work?
Depending on the level of your sponsorship, you might get one or more of the following:
  • Video ad: Your self-provided commercial will air during our pregame, halftime, and/or postgame in rotation with other sponsors' ads, full screen on the scoreboards in Charger Stadium and the Boghetich Gym. Up to 30 seconds, 1920x1080, .mp4 format, silent or with audio. (NOTE: Only Dynasty sponsors get full video ads on scoreboards, but Dynasty + Champion will have commercials in ChargerVision productions for all sports.)
  • Full-screen ad: Your self-provided graphic, still or with motion, will air in rotation with other sponsors' ads during our pregame, halftime, and/or postgame loops, full screen on the scoreboard(s) in Charger Stadium and the Boghetich Gym. Up to 15 seconds, 1920x1080, 72ppi or higher, .png or .mp4 format, silent.
  • Panoramic ad: Your self-provided graphic, still or with motion, will air in rotation throughout the games in the Boghetich Gym, while the scoreboard layout is in view. It usually appears just beneath the scoreboard layout. Up to 10 seconds, 1920x300, 72ppi or higher, .png or .mp4, silent.
  • Brand ad: Your self-provided graphic, still or with motion, will air in rotation throughout the games in Charger Stadium, while the scoreboard layout is in view. It usually appears just beneath the scoreboard layout. Up to 10 seconds, 1920x960, 72ppi or higher, .png or .mp4, silent.
What is ChargerVision?
ChargerVision is our student stream team, which broadcasts a minimum of 35 varsity games per school year and reaches between 10,000 to 50,000 unique devices. In addition to reaching our live audience, broadcasts are archived indefinitely so sponsors continue to gain exposure via on-demand viewing. Students comprise our live broadcast team serving roles such as producer, director, camera operator, halftime show host, sideline reporter, statistician, and more. Adults in our community, often HH alumni, serve as volunteer commentators. Our crew works to produce a multi-camera broadcast similar to what you would watch on ESPN, with features like slow-motion instant replay and on-screen graphics. The ChargerVision crew is widely recognized as one of, if not the premier student broadcast programs in Oklahoma. Multiple alumni have gone on to earn degrees and/or build careers in sports media. What is a "Feature/Play of the Game" on ChargerVision?
Within each ChargerVision broadcast, top sponsors receive the benefit of attaching their company name to a pregame, halftime, or postgame feature or an in-game event. Examples of features include the Joe Cooper Auto Group Keys to Victory, SuperPrep Feature Player of the Game, SSM Health Starting Lineup, Seth Wadley Power Promise Player of the Game, Authentic Custom Homes Student Halftime Show, or the Miller-Tippens Exceptional Teamwork Play of the Game. During the broadcast, commentators will verbally announce the play with sponsor identification included and sometimes an on-screen graphic will accompany the announcement. Sponsors will work with Luke Steelman '93, Director of Sports Media, to identify and select their Feature.

What is a "Thank You" message on ChargerVision?
During a break in the action on our broadcast, like a team timeout or an injury, commentators will read a short message crafted by you to recognize your business for their support of our programs and call our viewers to action. For example – ChargerVision would like to thank longtime sponsor, the Cooper Auto Group, for their continued support. What is GameTime Radio?
You get more than eyes on your brand – you get ears on it as well! We partner with Neptune to deliver a high-energy, family-friendly music playlist, sprinkled with customized school and sponsor messages, in our stadiums and gyms via GameTime Radio. Provide your own sound clip or work with us to have one professionally produced by the Neptune crew. Sponsors will work with Luke Steelman '93 to make arrangements.

How do ads in the Touchdown Club football program work?
The Touchdown Club is a booster organization dedicated to supporting our championship caliber football program. Each year, they produce a comprehensive, printed game day program that is distributed to the HH and visiting teams' fan base at home games. It contains player and cheerleader profiles, schedules, football records, and more. When you sponsor Heritage Hall Athletics, you get an ad printed in this highly anticipated and frequently referenced guide to Charger football. Depending on the level of your sponsorship, your ad may be full-, half-, or quarter-page in size. We will connect you with a current Touchdown Club representative to coordinate and submit your ad graphic for publication in the program.
