Biography

2017 SEASON (Sophomore)
Salim elevated her batting average to .340 in her second season. She also slammed her first career double and homerun and led the team with 17 bases on balls. Usually hitting 6th in the lineup, the middle infielder drove in 11 runs and scored an impressive 25 times. She stole 11 bases during her Sophomore season.

2016 SEASON (Freshman) 
Safia's statline looked less like that of a first year player and more like that of a veteran as she posted a .325 batting average in 53 plate appearances. She also torched opposing catchers on the basepaths with a team-leading 18 steals and crossed the plate to score 20 runs for the Chargers.
