Chris had the misfortune to play almost a decade before Heritage Hall’s emergence as a soccer power, but he was a towering presence on the field. Although at 6’3 he lacked the quickness of smaller players, he possessed dazzling ball skills and could launch missiles with either foot. Through 2005, Chris ranked among the top five goal scorers in a single season (15 in 1998); he also ranked 1st in goals scorers in a single game (6) and in a career (44). Double- and triple-teamed in most games, Chris was nevertheless an All-District selection in 1997 and 1998.
