A bruising fullback, David ranks 2nd in career scoring (354 points); 1st in career rushing (3,968 yards); 2nd in single season rushing (1813 yards); 1st in single game rushing (345 yards); 3rd in career rushes (571) also ranks 1st in career rushing TDs (59), single season rushing TDs (33), and single game rushing TDs (8). In 1984 he was named to both the Oklahoma and 2A All-State teams, and was named the Little All-City Back of the Year.
