Jeff was a freshman starting catcher on the 1976 varsity baseball team - the program’s inaugural year.  He went on to win four varsity letters for coaches Tyler Smith and Charlie Stephenson, and he was named to the 1979 Little All-City team.  Jeff caught for Craig Brown ‘78 and Ted Campbell ‘79, two of the best pitchers in Charger baseball history.
